The Baliman village is famous for its natural beauty, rich in natural resources and is a few minutes drive from Tehsil headquarter Trarkhel, district Sudhnuti. Mr. Israr Hussain Shah who is 22 years old and member of community organization Baliman shared his experiences of success as:
My name is Israr Hussain Shah. Our family consists of five members. My father monthly earning was Rs. 7,000/- per month and own a small piece of land. Due to limited monthly earning we are living very hard life. I was student of primary school when due to low earning of our family we facing the problem of livelihood. I left the village and come around to Islamabad for finding some means of earning. I start working in a fast food. With the passage of time I got experience and worked in the international standard Fast Food Chains in Islamabad and Mirpur (AJK). I was not satisfied with my wages. I always think to run my own business and earn more but financial resources were major problem. I came back to my home for some domestic problems and start working in a mobile repairing shop on daily wages. I become a member of my village CO and attend meetings regularly. I come to know form CO members that they start credit program for needy members for income generation. After six month I request my CO for loan of Rs. 30,000/- for the establishment of a fast food shop in the local bazaar aiming to provide a quality food to people of the area .I have 10 years experience in this field.  All members appreciate my idea and lend me Rs. 30,000/- This amount was salved my financial problem and established my own business of Fast Food in the local bazaar, Trarkhel. My brother is also working with me and daily saving is Rs, 600/-. Now we are earning Rs.18,000/- per month which is handsome amount and also providing quality food to their own people.  Both the brothers are haply running their own business in their native homeland.
